A PLACE TO CALL HOME
Upon entering the apartment, located on the ground floor of the building, the small hallway brings you to the kitchen on the left side and turning to your right, you’ll walk into the cozy living and dining area - decorated with lots of love and attention to detail. The apartment has been refurnished up to high standards and oozes lightness, simplicity and tranquillity.
The covered terrace is a wonderful space to relax at and the views of the Andalusian landscape, the sea and adjacent golf course is simply breathtaking. The terrace is furnished with a lounge sofa, an extendible dining table and a sun lounger.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from oven to fridge and the adjacent utility space houses a washing machine and cleaning tools.
Walking through the corridor brings you to the guest and master bathrooms and bedrooms. The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a large build-in wardrobe. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, carries two separate build-in wardrobes and a TV. Across the hall from the master bedroom, the master bathroom offers a bath / shower and a separate toilet. The guest bathroom offers s a shower, a toilet and a bathroom cabinet - equipped with blowdryer.
Bedsheets and towels are provided for each stay and extra pillows, duvets and blanket are available too. To make your stay even more memorable, La Preciosa offers a selection of sustainable personal care amenities from Spanish brand HAAN, such as shampoo, body and hand wash, conditioner and body lotion.
A private parking space is located underneath the apartment / building and is easy accessible by walking down the stairs or taking the elevator, located right in front the apartment. You are also able to park your car on the street, in front of the residency.
The apartment is located at residency Valle Romano, which is part of the council of Estepona, offering a communal outdoor area with a swimming pool. Enjoy your breakfast on the cozy terrace, furnished with both a lounge and dining area. Within a five-to-ten-minute drive discover a selection of restaurants to enjoy a lunch or dinner. Beach clubs and lovely chirinquitos are never far away as the coastline over here is packed with lots of options to spend a sunny day at the sea. Supermarkets are close too as most of them are located a short drive away.

THE LOCATION AND AREA
Next to being located close to the bustling city of Estepona, La Preciosa is literally a stone throw away from the Valle Romano Golf Club and a short drive away to some of the best beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The central location is perfect to discover more of Andalusia too - we highly recommend driving to Seville, Cordoba, Ronda or visit some of the famous pueblos blancos throughout the area.
La Preciosa is located in the outskirts of Estepona, at the Valle Romano residency, and is the perfect location to discover the surrounding villages and Andalusia. Discover Estepona or take a twenty-minute drive to explore one of the most famous pueblos blancos, Casares. Both Sotogrande and Marbella and Puerto Banus are within a twenty-five-minute drive away too.
The beach is close by and offers a great opportunity to enjoying the sun and a tasty lunch at one of the chiringuitos (beach restaurants). If you'd l like to talk a walk or ride a bike, the ‘Senda Litoral” - a coastal pathway connecting all major cities along the coast - is a great way to explore the area too. The location is perfect to take a tour through Andalusia too as amazing cities such as Sevilla, Malaga, Cordoba, Ronda and Tarifa are within driving reach - travel time by car varies from one to four hours away.
We recommend you to also visit the smaller, lesser-known villages nearby such as San Luis de Sabinillas or Manilva as both villages are not crowded by mass-tourism yet and the locals are one of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. OUR FAVORITES
Explore Estepona, really! Beach life, a gorgeous old, historic city center, the Sunday market at the port, beautiful murals, good food and well, the list is endless. Along the coast you are also able to walk the “Senda Litoral” the coastal pathway, stretching all along the coast.
Visit Casares Pueblo and walk through this amazing village. Don’t forget to have a drink at the village square and mingle with the locals. PS. wear your comfortable shoes as its quite the walk up and down.
A bit rough around the edges at first sight but … San Luis de Sabinillas is one of the last places without high-rise buildings, golden palm trees, designer brands and mass-tourism. Authentic Spanish with one of the friendliest locals we’ve ever met.
