Finca San Patricio is located in the midst of the Manilva landscape, at the end of an unpaved road, being surrounded by nothing but Andalusian nature. Once the gate opens up to the private estate, you’ll catch a glimpse of the private pool and beautiful garden, and walking into the house, you’ll immediately feel at home.
The living room, furnished with a large sofa and decorated with one-of-a-kind interior objects and a fireplace, gives access to a large terrace, with amazing views and is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a star-lit dinner, surrounded by nothing but tranquility and the beauty of Andalusia. The living and dining area gives access to both the kitchen as well as a corridor, leading to three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Andalusian style kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and cooking utensils you need, and offers a washing machine, dryer and a selection of cleaning tools. The kitchen door leads you to the main terrace with an outdoor dining table seating six, a gas BBQ plus … an incredible view that never stops to amaze you.
The finca offers three comfortable bedrooms and throughout the main corridor, build-in wardrobes offer plenty of space for all guests. The master bedroom is your private sanctuary with double doors leading you to the second terrace, boasting gorgeous landscape views and is equipped with chairs and a small table to enjoy your morning coffee. The en-suite bathroom, with shower and bath is completed with a double sink and carries a selection of sustainable personal care amenities from Spanish brand HAAN to enjoy a moment of relaxation. One guest bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, the second guest bedroom offers two single beds and the bathroom – en-suite to both bedrooms, offers a shower and bath and is furnished and decorated with a lovely Andalusian style.
Finca San Patricio has a fast WiFi network, is fully air conditioned and heating during the colder days. The heart of this amazing finca evolves around sustainability as it uses solar powered energy through an ingenious system and the swimming pool is an all-natural salt-water pool. Finca San Patricio accommodates up to six guests and carries everything you need, making it a unique home away from home.

If you travel by car, you can park your car safely at the gated estate, on the private driveway. A twenty-to-thirty-minute walk brings you to the beaches of Manilva, Aldea Beach and a five-minute drive brings you to la Duquesa and San Luis de Sabinillas – offering an array of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and the beach.
A fifteen-minute drive brings you to at the heart of Estepona, one of the most loved cities in the area, also known as the “City of flowers” and a definite must-see. Golf lovers can choose from a vast range of courses in the area such as Finca Cortésin, Doña Julia, or the La Duquesa golf club. Numerous pristine beaches are part of this beautiful region and never far away. Drive up to Casares Beach, Estepona, Marbella or Sotogrande to find a lovely beach club and spend the day relaxing, soaking up the sun and enjoy a tasty lunch or dinner.
LOCATION AND MUST-SEES
Explore Estepona, really! Beach life, a gorgeous old, historic city center, the Sunday market at the port, beautiful murals, good food and well, the list is endless. Along the coast you are also able to walk the “Senda Litoral” the coastal pathway, stretching all along the coast.
Visit Casares Pueblo and walk through this amazing village. Don’t forget to have a drink at the village square and mingle with the locals. PS. wear your comfortable shoes as its quite the walk up and down.
A bit rough around the edges at first sight but … San Luis de Sabinillas is one of the last places without high-rise buildings, golden palm trees, designer brands and mass-tourism. Authentic Spanish with one of the friendliest locals we’ve ever met.
