Casa Raphael is located in a beautiful, quiet street and once you open up the front door, you’ll be amazed by the sea views it offers from both the living, dining, and kitchen area. The sliding doors from the living room lead you to the cozy terrace, where you can enjoy a coffee, relax, or enjoy a star-lit dinner - enjoying the breathtaking sea views. Taking the stairs down leads you to the garden and secluded pool area, equipped with lounge furniture, sun loungers, sunshades, hammock and hanging chair.
From the fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils you need, the first floor houses three spacious bedrooms – all complimented with build-in wardrobes. The master bedroom is truly a private sanctuary with the stunning en-suite bathroom, offering a large shower with views to the ocean and bathroom furniture with lots of storage. The sliding doors leads you to the second terrace, boasting sea views and is equipped with chairs and a small table to enjoy your morning coffee.
Both guest bedrooms are furnished with a king-sized bed, offering additional amenities such as extra sheets and pillows. The guest bathroom has been completely remodeled up to high standards, with a spacious shower and bathroom furniture, all finished in a beautiful monochrome color scheme. As the house is located close to the port of la Duquesa, you’ll have access to plenty of restaurants, the beach, café’s, shops, and supermarkets. Connected to the port is the town of San Luis de Sabinillas, a wonderful typical Spanish village and definitely worth a visit.
Casa Raphael has a fast WiFi network, an Apple TV to watch your favorites movies and is fully air conditioned and the system has a heating option as well. At the entrance hallway, a separate guest toilet as well as a two storage rooms with washing machine and cleaning tools can be found. The house accommodates up to six guests and carries everything you need, making it a true a home away from home.
Welcome to Andalucia
Casa Raphael is located in la Duquesa, Manilva, at Urbanization Cármenes los el Hacho, and is the perfect location to discover the surrounding villages and Andalusia. Discover Estepona or take a thirty-minute drive to explore one of the most famous pueblos blancos, Casares. Both Sotogrande and Marbella and Puerto Banus are within a twenty-minute drive away too.
Close-by, the surrounding beaches offer a great opportunity to enjoy the sun and a tasty lunch at one of the chiringuitos (beach restaurants). If you'd l like to talk a walk or ride a bike, the “Senda Litoral” - a coastal pathway connecting all major cities along the coast - is a great way to explore the area too. The location is perfect to take a tour through Andalusia too as amazing cities such as Sevilla, Malaga, Cordoba, Ronda and Tarifa are within driving reach - travel time by car varies from one to four hours away.
LOCATION AND MUST-SEES
Explore Estepona, really! Beach life, a gorgeous old, historic city center, the Sunday market at the port, beautiful murals, good food and well, the list is endless. Along the coast you are also able to walk the “Senda Litoral” the coastal pathway, stretching all along the coast.
Visit Casares Pueblo and walk through this amazing village. Don’t forget to have a drink at the village square and mingle with the locals. PS. wear your comfortable shoes as its quite the walk up and down.
A bit rough around the edges at first sight but … San Luis de Sabinillas is one of the last places without high-rise buildings, golden palm trees, designer brands and mass-tourism. Authentic Spanish with one of the friendliest locals we’ve ever met.
