The penthouse is located on the fifth floor of an authentic Spanish residency, within walking distance to the port as well as the heart of Estepona. The apartment offers direct access to the beach and counts a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy master bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a spacious terrace with breathtaking views to enjoy your breakfast or candle-lit dinner - furnished with both lounge chairs and dining area. At the well-kept communal spaces, which includes a tennis court and hot tub, you're welcome to take a refreshing dive into the swimming pool, equipped with loungers and surrounded by lush green. From the pool area, you are able to access the beach as well as the famous “Senda Litoral” pathway directly.
The penthouse apartment has been recently renovated to add all the modern comforts you need, including air conditioning and heating, and a speedy fiber optic Wi-Fi network. The apartment sleeps up to two guests and is equipped with a washing machine as well as an ironing board, iron, drying rack, and a selection of convenient household utilities.
The penthouse is located at residency Bahia de Estepona, a warm and welcoming Spanish neighbourhood, oozing a true Andalusian atmosphere. Within walking distance choose from a selection of restaurants, supermarkets as well as beach clubs or one of the many golf courses nearby.
LOCATION AND MUST-SEES
The penthouse is located in Estepona and is the perfect location to discover the surrounding villages as well as Andalusia. Explore the bustling and vibrant city of Estepona or take a twenty-minute drive to one of the most famous pueblos blancos, Casares. Both Sotogrande and Marbella and Puerto Banus are within a twenty-five-minute drive away too. The beach is literally at your doorstep and offers a great opportunity to enjoying the sun and a tasty lunch at one of the chiringuitos (beach restaurants). If you'd l like to talk a walk or ride a bike, the ‘Senda Litoral” - a coastal pathway connecting all major cities along the coast – a great way to explore the area too and can be found right at the front of the apartment. The location is perfect to take a tour through Andalusia too as amazing cities such as Sevilla, Malaga, Cordoba, Ronda and Tarifa are within driving reach - travel time by car varies from one to four hours away.
We recommend you to also visit the smaller, lesser-known villages nearby such as San Luis de Sabinillas or Manilva as both villages are not crowded by mass-tourism yet and the locals are one of the friendliest people we’ve ever met. OUT AND ABOUT
If you travel by car, you can safely park your car by at the on-site parking spaces, located around the main building. A short stroll away brings you to the nearby restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is a mere one-minute walk away, and a 5-minute drive brings you to Estepona, the award-winning bustling and vibrant city, also known as “The garden of the Costa del Sol”.

AMENITIES
Currently, Andalusia is experiencing an extreme drought and thus water shortage due to little or no rainfall. Some communal swimming pools might therefore be temporarily closed or are replenished manually by water tanks. Water restrictions are set by the government and may vary per council. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee when restrictions are lifted and/or updated as this is out of our span of control. Please be aware that the pool of the residency you are staying in, could be currently closed, or can be closed during your stay.
Next to communicating the water restrictions via our advertisements, prior to your check-in we will inform you if anything has changed at the residency of your holiday home. After your check-in, please be aware that we do not reimburse any stays or offer a discount on your stay due to non-availability of the swimming pool or restrictions set by the government.
